Department: Marketing
We're looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growth marketing team and take ownership of our paid media channels. This is an opportunity to own and scale a core growth channel in a performance-driven e-commerce environment.
You'll manage paid advertising from concept through execution across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and more. You'll play a direct role in implementing full funnel campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.

- Conduct A/B tests and apply best practices for creative assets, ad placements, and landing page elements.
- Manage and optimize budget allocation across campaigns to maximize performance and efficiency.
- Analyze and create reports that show paid media results, share clear insights, and provide recommendations.
- Identify and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities across campaigns, channels, and budget spend.
- Partner with Creative to develop high-performing ad concepts and guide direction based on performance data and testing insights.
- Stay current on advertising platform changes, industry trends, and evolving paid acquisition best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 3–4 years of hands-on paid ads, ppc, or media buying experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Bonus for TikTok Ads and more.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams and providing performance-driven feedback on ad creative.
- Demonstrated understanding of paid acquisition, CRO, and full-funnel strategy.
- Ability to navigate platform advertising policies (Meta, Google) and adapt strategies as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to evaluate and guide ad messaging.
- A passion for the outdoors and/or the EDC and knife industry.
Why This Role
- Own a high-impact growth channel with direct influence on revenue performance.
- Work closely with a dedicated team, allowing you to shape, test, and scale high-performing ad concepts.
- Operate with clear ownership and autonomy, while collaborating with a team aligned on growth.
- Success in this role means scaling paid media performance efficiently while navigating platform constraints and identifying new opportunities for growth.
- This is a role built for someone who enjoys doing the work, testing ideas, and driving measurable results.
