We are seeking a Program Billing Manager to provide day-to-day program billing operations of the agency including but not limited to; provider fee schedules, program unit cost analysis, service authorizations fiscal verification and reporting.
What you'll do:
- Oversees all program billing operations within OCES, ensuring fiscal compliance with contracts, state and federal regulations and corporate standards
- Partners with internal and external managers to meet corporate initiatives
- Manages billing unit activities related to consumers, provider billing and all agency funding sources
- Manages fiscal accuracy of authorized billing units, project future billing units
- Ability to effectively analyze Program Service data and identify risks and opportunities
- Effectively communicates fiscal issues with internal and external stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned
What you'll bring:
- Your passion for helping others and desire to make a difference.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, and or related field
- Master's Degree Preferred
- Minimum five years of experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Work Enviromment:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 25 pounds at times
- Must have personal computer with secure internet access at home
