The Opportunity

We are seeking versatile Facilities Maintenance talent and are offering two distinct paths: a Part-Time role focused on essential maintenance, or a Full-Time opportunity for a multi-skilled professional capable of handling complex buildouts, drywall, professional painting, and light welding. This role offers the exciting opportunity to ensure our physical infrastructure keeps pace with our rapid digital expansion across our 5-building campus. You'll have the autonomy to solve diverse mechanical challenges, from routine HVAC and plumbing upkeep to custom equipment fixturing. You'll be an integral part of a dynamic team, directly influencing our customer experience and operational excellence. Responsibilities: What You'll Do

We believe in clear expectations, and these are the core responsibilities that will define your success in this role:

  • Execute Preventative Maintenance: Manage and perform routine cycles for UV light changes, HVAC filter replacements, and plumbing inspections across all 5 buildings.
  • Maintain Facility Integrity: Identify and repair weather or age related wear or damage to protect inventory and assets from the elements.
  • Support Operational Workflow: Collaborate with the Operations department to install, fixture, or repair specialized warehouse equipment and machinery.
  • Optimize Workspace Logistics: Assemble furniture, hang signage, and manage general "handyman" tasks to keep our offices and warehouses functional.
  • Drive Facility Expansion: For full-time candidates, lead internal buildout projects including drywall installation, professional-grade painting, and light welding.
  • Ensure Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all repairs meet safety standards to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure maintenance of the grounds -facilities -for both inside and outside-keeping the ground clean and clear of obstruction
  • Secure the private grounds
  • Coordinate with Office Manager for events

Qualifications & Expertise: What You'll Bring

We're looking for individuals who are not only skilled but also eager to grow with us. We are currently seeking both Part-Time and Full-Time candidates.

Must-Haves:

  • Versatile Technical Aptitude: Proven experience in basic plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting, and general electrical/mechanical repairs.
  • Proactive Problem-Solver: Ability to identify facility needs before they become emergencies and a "find a way" mindset.
  • Physical Capability: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs regularly, climb ladders, utilize scissor lifts, utilize fork lifts, and remain active on your feet throughout the day.
  • Reliability & Growth Mindset: A strong track record of punctuality and a desire to learn new trades as our company expands.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Advanced Trade Skills: Proficiency in drywall finishing, professional painting, or small welding jobs (Qualifies for Full-Time status).
  • Project Management: Experience coordinating with outside contractors or managing a maintenance schedule for multiple properties.
