Job Description

Endeavor Home Care Group is hiring a Front Office Coordinator for our Phoenix office. This role is the heart of our operations, serving as the first point of contact for families and supporting our care coordination team.

Responsibilities include: answering phones, assisting with DSP recruitment and onboarding, and maintaining organized client and employee records. You will also manage office supplies, track certifications, and help create a welcoming environment.

We are looking for a compassionate, organized professional who can multitask in a fast-paced setting. Strong computer skills and a genuine passion for helping others are essential. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Schedule Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM In-person at our Phoenix office
Pay and Benefits $39,520 – $41,600 annually
Benefits include: health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), and paid time off.
