Resurgence is hiring a full-time Field Sales Manager for Summer 2026!

This position is a temporary, seasonal opportunity but, for the right candidate, may have potential for transfer into a part-time sales role after the summer season. This individual reports to the Distribution Sales Manager and drives sales performance of our Brightside Vibes product. We seek a talented, passionate salesperson ready to make an impact on our business and represent our brand! This individual works primarily in the field.

What you'll be doing:

• Building relationships with retailers and essential industry contacts
• Identifying new accounts and developing a plan to establish business
• Constantly traveling within the market to liquor stores and select bars/restaurants in the Buffalo/Rochester markets
• Coordinating samplings with brand ambassador teams in both markets
• Working with the sales team to build and execute our sales initiatives for both markets
• Provides exceptional customer service to all clients/client contacts
• May conduct follow-up calls and in-person visits to ensure client satisfaction
• Professionally represents Resurgence Brewing Company, affiliates, brands, and products throughout the region

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in business, management, operations or related field
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales, specifically a wholesaler/supplier role
• Valid, current driver license
• Reliable transportation
• Demonstrated experience managing a territory, maintaining clients, obtaining new clients and meeting sales goals
• Ability to work independently
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation: The compensation for this position is a base salary plus bonus structure. Starting base pay: $35,000 - $42,000 (annualized; equates to $3,000-$3,500 monthly) based on education/experience/interview. Eligible for monthly commission based on KPIs set forth by management. If position becomes part-time after the summer season, salary will be prorated accordingly.
