We're looking for a Staff Accountant who enjoys working directly with clients, solving problems, and helping small businesses stay organized and financially informed.
In this role, you'll support small business clients by maintaining accurate financial records and helping them understand their numbers.
Responsibilities include:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Maintain and reconcile client books using QuickBooks Online
Assist clients with accounting and payroll questions
Work closely with an Account Manager to support multiple client accounts
Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
Collaborate with internal payroll, tax, and technology teams

1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Experience with QuickBooks Online
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and modern cloud software
