NEO Surgical Group is seeking a highly organized and motivated Surgical Coordinator to join our growing Personal Injury team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience coordinating patient care in a fast-paced medical environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate surgical procedures for personal injury patients
• Schedule surgeries, follow-up appointments, and consultations
• Communicate with patients, case managers, providers, and surgical facilities
• Obtain and manage medical records, authorizations, and necessary documentation
• Verify personal injury case information
• Ensure all pre-operative and post-operative requirements are completed
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within EMR systems
• Provide excellent customer service and patient support throughout the surgical process

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Surgical Coordinator, Medical Scheduler, or related healthcare role preferred
• Experience in Personal Injury, Orthopedics, Spine, Pain Management, or Neurosurgery is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of EMR systems and medical terminology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual ( Spanish, Creole, Russian) preferred
