What You'll Do:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary environment
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of housekeeping staff
• Partner with Maintenance and leadership to address facility needs promptly
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Work alongside staff to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and efficiently
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain quality and regulatory standards
• Participate in leadership meetings and provide department updates
• Promote infection control practices and safety protocols throughout the facility

What You'll Bring:

• At least 2 years of housekeeping experience (healthcare or commercial setting preferred)
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Strong attention to detail and ability to lead by example
