Inventory Warehouse Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is fully focused on inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels through the use of scanners, cycle counts, and inventory tracking systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts
• Use RF scanners to track, verify, and update inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory records and correct discrepancies
• Audit incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, overages, or damages
• Organize and maintain inventory locations within the warehouse
• Assist with inventory audits and physical counts
• Follow all safety and operational procedures

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Experience in inventory control or warehouse inventory preferred
• Experience using RF scanners / WMS systems required or highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in an open-air warehouse environment
• Basic computer skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation
