THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR PRIOR AUTHORIZATION SPECIALIST

THE SCHEDULE:

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.


YOUR ROLE:

As our Prior Authorization Specialist, you'll take the lead in securing prior authorizations, ensuring patients can move forward with necessary procedures without delay. You'll guide patients through financial estimates, providing clarity and reassurance during critical moments. As you manage and resolve work queues, your ability to stay organized and responsive keeps operations running smoothly.


OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1.5+ years of experience in prior authorizations and patient financial counseling
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Prior authorization experience is preferred.
