Inventory Specialist - Full Time - SW Downtown

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday // 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring compliance with cannabis regulations, and supporting efficient product flow between retail and distribution operations. This role manages inventory intake, product data and pricing accuracy, transfer documentation, invoice processing, and inventory organization. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with inventory management systems, and capable of balancing administrative tasks with hands-on inventory handling in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Intake incoming inventory into the store's inventory management system with accuracy and attention to compliance requirements.
  • Review and correct product data, pricing discrepancies, and intake errors to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Create and maintain product price cards and flower display cards.
  • Ensure current product costs are accurately reflected in the inventory catalog to streamline future inventory intake.
  • Assist with splitting, repackaging, and organizing inventory for centralized distribution while maintaining inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Build and prepare transfer manifests for delivery to company locations.
  • Support inventory organization, data integrity, and operational efficiency across store and distribution workflows.
  • Submit invoices to the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping.
  • Monitor and respond to the inventory support channel, providing timely assistance to retail staff and resolving inventory-related questions, discrepancies, and operational issues.
  • Prepare weekly inventory reports and create custom reports as needed to support inventory accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Other inventory or admin related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong computer, software, and data entry skills.
  • Knowledge of cannabis products and the cannabis industry.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods while working on a computer.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Metrc CTS.
  • Experience with Dutchie POS software, Google Sheets, and Adobe Illustrator preferred.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must possess a valid Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC) Marijuana Worker Permit.
  • Reliable transportation required; access to a personal vehicle is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Rate: $22.00
