Front Desk Receptionist/Security

Per Diem - Working Thursday (8 pm - 12 am) and Sunday (4 pm - 12 am)
Additional hours may be available!

Pay $16.80-$18.60 per hour
(based on experience)

Collingswood Manor, a UMC Community, is currently seeking a Receptionist/Security Associate for our senior living community located in Collingswood, NJ.

What you'll do as a Receptionist/Security Associate -

  • Greet visitors, residents, and staff in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line switchboard
  • Monitor building security systems and cameras
  • Perform routine building walkthroughs to ensure safety (doors, lights, etc.)
  • Respond to emergency call systems and assist during incidents
  • Report on maintenance or safety concerns (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
  • Maintain logs and documentation for front desk and security activities
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support

Receptionist/Security Associate Requirements -

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two (2) years of clerical, telephone and typing experience
  • Prior security, public safety, or similar experience preferred
