Part-time, flexible schedule, 25-29 hours per week
We are looking for a patient, intuitive, and adaptable DSP to provide 1-on-1 community-based support. You'll be out in Keene and surrounding areas, helping an individual build community comfort and meaningful connections.
The individual you will support is a kind, empathetic individual who loves animals and is well-known and liked at KSC. They are independent and eager to be helpful but can be shy and have sensory sensitivities. Your goal is to be a steady, encouraging presence as they navigate different environments - from swimming sessions to MDS-sponsored events.

Education/Experience:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Ideal candidate has one to two years' experience working with people with developmental disabilities or as an aide/caregiver. Required to complete all MDS assigned trainings.
Must have auto insurance coverage with a minimum 100,000/300,000 for injury and liability.
