Key Responsibilities

• Versatile Field Execution: Consistently perform high-quality cleaning in diverse settings, including offices, industrial plants, and healthcare facilities.
• Self-Management: Execute all duties efficiently with moderate instruction and independent initiative.
• Facility Security: Ensure all buildings and premises are secured, safeguarding keys and access credentials at all times.
• Equipment Safety: Operate and maintain industrial equipment (vacuums, scrubbers) while strictly following safety protocols and chemical mixing guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Prior professional custodial experience is preferred.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift, push, or pull objects averaging 50 lbs to 75 lbs.
• Transportation: A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and access to consistently reliable transportation is required.
