HVAC Service Technician

Mash Mechanical is seeking a full-time HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Scarborough, ME. This opportunity is well-suited for an experienced professional who values high-quality workmanship, effective communication, and completing work efficiently and accurately.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Perform routine maintenance services and conduct safety inspections
• Service both commercial and residential systems, including:
  • Heat pumps
  • Furnaces
  • Boilers
  • Air conditioning systems
  • Refrigeration equipment
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system concerns, repair options, and recommendations
• Complete detailed and accurate service documentation while adhering to company procedures

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3+ years of HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities
• Experience working with heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
• Ability to work independently while representing the company in a professional manner
• Dependable and detail-focused approach to work

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay & Benefits

• $30 – $50 per hour, depending on experience
