Position Summary: Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner while making timely pick-ups on pre-scheduled route(s) and by special request. Perform various needed production duties in the insert and sorting departments.

Key areas of responsibility:

1. Obey all traffic laws.
2. Make timely pick-ups on all pre-scheduled routes and special requests
3. Make sure each pick up has count ticket and report to Crew Chief any that are missing or incomplete
4. Segregate First Class Mail from Presorted First Class Mail and letter size mail from non-letter and stage appropriately.
5. Ensure that mail is secure and protected at all times while being transported.
6. Hand sort mail when requested by Crew Chief or Supervisor
7. Other job-related instructions as requested by Crew Chief or Supervisor

Qualifications:

1. Must possess a valid Arkansas Drivers License
2. Must have a clean driving record with no moving violations
3. Ability to read and write in English
4. Ability to follow instructions.
5. Ability to lift a minimum of fifty pounds.
