Pay: We offer our HVAC Installation Tech a competitive wage of $24–$35 per hour, plus commission and bonuses, including potential quarterly performance bonuses.

SCHEDULE FOR OUR HVAC INSTALLATION TECH:
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with on-call rotation, overtime availability, and daily dispatch directly from home.
YOUR ROLE AS AN HVAC INSTALLATION TECH:
In this role, you will start your day dispatched directly from home, complete installations and service work, assist with system diagnostics and repairs, perform preventative maintenance, prepare estimates for replacements or upgrades, and ensure each job is completed according to company standards while maintaining clear communication with customers.
In order to do this, you'll need the following:
Experience with communication systems, boilers, brazing, geothermal, mini-splits, and light commercial HVAC systems is preferred.
