Location: Moab, UT

Pay: Contractor will be asked to provide a SQFT price based off plans
Scope: Installation of all exterior doors, interior doors, shelving, cleating, base material, and hardware.
Pay: Invoice Net 30 - After Completion & Submitted Invoice
Crew: 3-4 man crew
Schedule: 4 units per day

ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE OWN TRUCK, TOOLS, UTAH CONTRACTOR LICENSE, BUSINESS LICENSE, W9, GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE, WORKER'S COMP (NO EXCEPTIONS), & ALTERING FORKLIFT LICENSE.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE
This key position is responsible for making our customers' projects come to life and ensuring all products are installed accurately, in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of our valued customers. This position is responsible for all site preparation work as well as installation of all product.
JOB KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Must be able to use various hand/power tools and have a working knowledge of doors & trim. Must have previously completed at least 1 multi-family project. The Subcontractor must also possess solid customer service skills as this position is the main point of contact with our valued customers while their project is in the process of installation. Must be able to effectively coordinate with site superintendent.

While performing the duties of this job, the Subcontractor is regularly required to stand, lift, climb, and bend. The Subcontractor must frequently lift and/or move 50 – 100 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
