WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
Pay: We offer our Earthwork Operations Technician - Grading Laborer a competitive wage of $20–$29 per hour, with all tools provided.
Benefits:
Schedule: This is a full‑time position, Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM, with overtime available.
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As our Earthwork Operations Technician - Grading Laborer, you'll support daily earthwork operations by performing hands‑on labor, checking grades with accuracy, and operating small equipment to help keep each project moving efficiently. You'll work closely with your team to prepare sites, shape terrain, and assist with essential excavation and utility work. WHAT'S REQUIRED?
Experience in civil construction is preferred.
