A Day in the Life

In this role, you will play an important part in the success of our construction team. You will help oversee projects across multiple job sites and lead crews through a variety of tasks, including plumbing, flooring, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting work. You may also provide hands-on guidance and training to apprentices and other team members as needed.

The ideal candidate leads by example, communicates professionally, and is committed to delivering high-quality work while maintaining a positive and productive job site.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills
  • 4+ years of general construction experience in a lead or supervisory role
  • Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
