Rite Wrench in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a full‑time Fleet Service Coordinator – Diesel Operations Supervisor to support daily shop operations and lead a skilled team of diesel mechanics. QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of diesel repair, fleet service, or heavy equipment maintenance
• Strong diesel diagnostics and repair experience
• Comprehensive mechanical knowledge (fabrication, electrical, air brakes, alignment, shocks/struts, tires, assembly)
• Familiarity with operating heavy equipment, such as forklifts and excavators
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot complex systems
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to perform heavy lifting

Additional experience supervising teams or leading shop operations is preferred.

SCHEDULE: This full‑time role operates Monday–Friday from 8 AM–5 PM, with possible Saturday hours from 8 AM–1 PM.
