Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for a full-time, school-based position in the Houston area for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year.

About the Role

As a school-based Occupational Therapist, you will support students in developing the skills they need to succeed both academically and functionally. You'll work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and independence in daily activities.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Texas OT license (or ability to obtain)
  • NBCOT certification preferred
  • Open to new graduates and COTAs

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy services aligned with IEP goals
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Support students with fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
  • Collaborate with school staff to implement classroom strategies
