Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, school-based position in the San Antonio area for the 2026–2027 school year.

This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians while making a direct impact on students' communication development.


Role Overview

As an SLPA, you'll assist in delivering speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. You'll work with students on articulation, language skills, and communication strategies to support their success in the classroom.


Schedule & Setting

  • Monday–Friday schedule aligned with school hours
  • No evenings or weekends
  • School holidays and breaks off
  • Structured caseload within a team-based environment

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
  • Active Texas SLPA license (or ability to obtain)
  • School-based experience preferred, but not required
