Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, school-based position in the San Antonio area for the 2026–2027 school year.
This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians while making a direct impact on students' communication development.
Role Overview
As an SLPA, you'll assist in delivering speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. You'll work with students on articulation, language skills, and communication strategies to support their success in the classroom.
Schedule & Setting
- Monday–Friday schedule aligned with school hours
- No evenings or weekends
- School holidays and breaks off
- Structured caseload within a team-based environment

Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Active Texas SLPA license (or ability to obtain)
- School-based experience preferred, but not required

- Support students with articulation, language, and communication skills
- Track progress and assist with documentation
- Collaborate with school staff and therapy team
