Pediatric Developmental Services is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in the Dallas area for the upcoming school year. Position Overview

This is a full-time, school-based role supporting primarily elementary and middle school students. You'll work closely with school staff to assess behavioral needs, develop intervention plans, and ensure consistent implementation across settings.

• Full-time schedule: 7.5 hours per day
• Typical school hours (aligned with campus bell schedule)
• Assigned to 1–2 school sites
• Caseload focused on elementary and middle school populations

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Conduct classroom observations and behavioral assessments
• Collaborate with teachers and staff on behavior strategies
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide coaching and training to school personnel
• Review student data and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in team meetings and consultations

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
