We are currently seeking a positive, dependable, and compassionate 3rd Shift Supervisor to lead our overnight team and ensure our residents remain safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the night.

The 3rd Shift Supervisor provides direct resident care while overseeing and supporting overnight staff to ensure quality care, safety, and compliance with community standards. This position plays a key leadership role in maintaining a calm, secure, and supportive environment during overnight hours.
Provide guidance and oversight to overnight team members
Ensure staffing assignments are completed and care is delivered according to plan
Serve as the point of contact for overnight concerns or emergencies
Communicate important updates to leadership and incoming shifts
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:
Dressing and personal hygiene
Toileting and bathing
Eating and hydration
Mobility assistance
Support residents with instrumental activities of daily living:
Housekeeping
Laundry
Care of personal belongings
Monitor resident safety and overall well-being
Accurately document care and significant observations
Maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming home environment
Complete light housekeeping and maintenance tasks
Monitor supplies and complete necessary administrative tasks
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed
Participate in and support life enrichment programming when appropriate
Perform other duties as assigned
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work overnight hours consistently
Strong communication and leadership skills
Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor
Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care
Experience working with individuals living with dementia
Knowledge of the healthcare field
Prior supervisory or leadership experience
