Overview:
This student employee would assist the two Principal Accountants who process checks, invoices, etc. There is a need to keep the paperwork/emails flowing so payments can be processed.

Monday- Friday, 20 hours per week.

Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities and Learning Outcomes :
-Open mail, scan invoices, save and send to the different departments (CD, CM, CT, TW, TC)
- Open emails, save invoices, and send to departments (CD, CM, CT, TW, TC)
- Filing/scanning in Journal Entries (CD, CM, CT, TW, TC)
- Data entry for simple invoices (CD, CM, CT, TW, TC)
- Other duties assigned (CD, CM, CT, TW, TC)

Candidate Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Other abilities):
- Must be enrolled at Oakton College in at least 6 credit hours during the fall and spring semesters. Employment over the summer is allowed for students taking at least 1 credit class during the summer, or students continuing registration into the following fall semester.
- Must have an overall GPA of 2.0 or higher and be in good standing at Oakton College.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must have organizational skills, professionalism, preferred exposure to an office experience.
