Doyle Security Services (DSS) is currently looking for UNARMED SECURITY OFFICERS in Suffolk County, NY.

Locations & Shifts:

Brookhaven: Thursday 0700-1500, Friday 0700-1900, Saturday 0700-1500, Sunday 0700-1500 Payrate: $19.00/hr.

Brookhaven: Saturday, Sunday, Monday 0700-1500, Tuesday, Wednesday 1500-2300 Payrate: $19.00/hr.

Brookhaven: Monday - Friday 2300-0700 (Overnight) Payrate: 19.00/hr.

Brookhaven: Thursday - Saturday 0700-1900 Payrate: $19.00/hr.

Brookhaven: Sunday-Tuesday 0700-1900 Payrate: $19.00/hr.

UNARMED SECURITY OFFICER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Responsible for monitoring and reporting activities and incidents at the assigned client site to ensure the safety and security of personnel and property.
• Conducts regular foot patrols and completes scans.
• Maintains order and enforces site-specific regulations and directives related to personnel, visitors, and the premises.
• This position requires the ability to stand for long period.
• Securing premise inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

UNARMED GUARD SECURITY GUARD REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 5-7 Year U.S. work history may be required.
• Valid NYS Security Guard License.
• Must have a valid driver license.
• Must be able to understand the English language and communicate effectively in both the verbal and written form.
• Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position.
