Position Overview

Flywheel Centers is hiring Behavior Technicians in Monmouth County, NJ (Matawan area) to provide high-quality ABA therapy services.

As a Behavior Technician, you will work under BCBA supervision to support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement treatment plans
• Track and record data
• Attend supervision
• Communicate with families
• Maintain professionalism

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18+
• Reliable transportation within Monmouth County
• ABA experience preferred; RBT a plus

Work Location

In-person in Matawan and surrounding Monmouth County areas
