PRIMARY DUTY:

Performs routine manual labor involved in golf course maintenance, landscape area and construction/maintenance work; operates small hand-powered tools and equipment and operates motorized vehicles; occasionally performs work involving large equipment such as tractors, loaders and gang mowers.

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Knowledge of methods and materials used in grounds and landscape area construction/maintenance work

• Able to use hand/power tools and equipment

• Able to follow oral and written directions

• Able to work indoors/outdoors and operate a motorized vehicle

• Must be 18 years old

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES REQUIRED:

• Valid Class "C" Texas Drivers License with good driving record
