Key Responsibilities

• Post vehicle deals accurately and in a timely manner
• Process street purchases and related documentation
• Stock vehicles into inventory systems
• Assist with general accounting and office support tasks
• Maintain organized and accurate records
• Work closely with sales and management teams to ensure proper deal flow
• Support additional administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership or accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient with basic computer systems and data entry
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
