We are looking for a part time Quality Assurance Coordinator to work 25 hours per week in our Pocatello Home Care Office. Flexible hours anytime between 8:30am 5:00 pm.
Job Duties
- Coordinating with Supervisor & oversee staff documentation to ensure compliance
- Updating client authorizations in Software
- Audit charts & progress notes
- Putting together corrective actions
- Conducting client & employee Surveys
- Service plan auditing
- Prepare for state audits
- Home Care Binder & document compliance
- Knowing and monitoring program policies, procedures and regulations
- Assist with any other Quality Assurance or office related duties as requested
Qualifications
- MUST be extremely detailed oriented.
- At least 1+ year of related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Clean background check and drug screen
- Must have excellent computer skills.
- Team player and willing to pitch in.
- Great attitude
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
