WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE
Our Senior Living Resident Services Director usually works Monday through Friday. Flexibility with hours is required to meet resident needs and business objectives.
You'll be in charge of upholding a vibrant work environment and fostering positive relationships with elderly residents, their families, and our care team. This includes greeting and engaging with residents every day, taking the time to build bonds and forge connections. You'll help our care team address residents' emotional and physical health needs by skillfully coordinating all care aspects of medical, pharmaceutical, therapeutic, and social services. When you're not helping provide exceptional care, you'll help our marketing team come up with fun ways to promote our services and get the word out about our incredible team!
