Middle School Physical Education Teacher 2026-27
Porter-Gaud School is an Episcopal, independent, coeducational day school with 1,650 students in Preschool through 12th Grade. Porter-Gaud is seeking a Middle School Physical Education Teacher for the 2026-27 school year.
The Middle School PE Teacher will be passionate about health and fitness, highly motivated, be able to work both independently and collaboratively, and have strong positive classroom management skills. This teacher will be one of three P.E. teachers in the Middle School and will work closely with the other P.E. teachers to plan, implement, and review curriculum for the Middle School P.E. program. They will teach an appropriate course load to students grades 5th - 8th, that coincide with the responsibilities listed below.

Reporting: The Middle School PE Teacher will report directly to the Head of the Middle School and will take direction from the Physical Education Department Chair.
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
