Job Title: Wash Plant Operator – Frac Sand Operations

Pay: $20–$30/hr. DOE

About the Role

Asgard Resources is hiring Wash Plant Operators to help run and maintain our frac sand processing facility in Bainville, MT. Operators monitor plant equipment, assist with routine maintenance, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.

This is a hands-on position working around industrial equipment in an outdoor environment. Training on plant systems and equipment will be provided.

This position is best suited for individuals who are mechanically inclined, reliable, and comfortable working around heavy equipment and industrial machinery.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate frac sand wash plant equipment
• Perform routine inspections and report maintenance issues
• Assist with basic plant maintenance and cleanup
• Troubleshoot minor equipment or production issues
• Record production and maintenance information
• Monitor water systems and processing equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Work with team members to keep the plant running efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic hand tools
• Experience in an industrial, mining, oilfield, or manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb stairs, and work on elevated platforms
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to work 8–12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Experience operating loaders, dozers, skid steers, or other heavy equipment is a plus but not required.
