Low Voltage Senior Lead Technician (PLT) – Field Leadership Role
Position Summary:
The Senior Lead Technician is responsible for leading field execution, ensuring quality standards, and serving as the on-site authority for low-voltage installations. This role combines technical expertise with leadership and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and execute structured cabling, fiber, access control, and CCTV installations
•Interpret drawings, manage field changes, and coordinate with project management
•Supervise and mentor technicians and apprentices
•Perform advanced troubleshooting and system validation
•Ensure compliance with MN PLT/TSC requirements and industry standards
•Interface directly with clients, site supervisors, and other trades
Qualifications:
•Active Minnesota PLT license (required)
•8+ years of low-voltage installation experience
•Proven leadership experience on job sites
•Strong knowledge of TIA/EIA standards and best practices
•Experience with fiber optics, testing, and certification preferred

Compensation & Benefits:
