Matriarch Caregiver

Full-Time & Part-Time | Mt. Juliet, TN

Matriarch is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide high-quality, one-on-one companion and personal care to clients in Mt. Juliet. These opportunities offer consistent weekday schedules and meaningful relationship-based care for older adults in a home setting.

We are hiring for multiple Mt. Juliet cases, each with a clear schedule and specific support needs.

Available Assignments – Mt. Juliet

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care in the client's home
• Assist with personal care and ADLs as required by the case
• Offer companionship, engagement, and emotional support
• Monitor client safety and report changes to the care team
• Support mobility and help reduce fall risk
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and leadership
• Follow individual plans of care consistently

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, companion care, or personal care preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Ability to follow care plans and routines
• Professional demeanor and reliable attendance
