We are seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving person to support daily warehouse operations by accurately receiving, inspecting, storing, and shipping materials and finished products. This role plays a key part in inventory accuracy, freight coordination, and on‑time deliveries while working closely with internal teams and outside vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, load, unload, and transport incoming and outgoing materials from internal and external vendors
• Verify shipments for accuracy, damage, and completeness; report and resolve discrepancies
• Process and maintain all shipping & receiving paperwork and electronic records
• Accurately manage inventory using the TCM system
• Coordinate with outside vendors and internal sales teams to secure optimal freight rates
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient shipping/receiving area in compliance with company procedures

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in shipping & receiving, warehouse, or logistics preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to communicate professionally with vendors, drivers, and internal teams
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday
• Forklift experience or willingness to become certified
