About VIATechnik:
VIATechnik is on a mission to lead the built environment in creating a better future, today. We are one team of over 500 digital experts around the globe. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed architects, engineers, tradespersons, researchers, and business leaders. Together, we empower clients through high-quality, high-velocity experiences that consistently improve outcomes across the design, construction, and operations of buildings and infrastructure. We work with leading electrical trade contractors on their most challenging projects across data centers, healthcare, industrial, and more.
Role Overview
VIATechnik's Electrical Studio is growing fast, and this role exists to make sure the infrastructure behind how it wins work keeps pace with the opportunity. The Project Coordinator, Electrical owns the processes that move incoming opportunities from pipeline to executed contract, including proposal coordination, Salesforce pipeline management, change orders, contract execution, and marketing collateral. This is not an administrative support role. It is operational ownership at the center of a fast-moving studio, where your precision and follow-through directly determine how much work the team can confidently pursue and close.
Employee Value Proposition
Purpose - You will sit at the operational center of one of VIATechnik's fastest-growing practices, and the work you do will have a direct line to how the Electrical Studio grows, how clients are served, and how the firm continues to lead digital delivery in the AEC industry.
Growth - This role builds deep fluency in VDC proposal execution, pipeline management, and client relationship strategy in a firm that rewards initiative, with a clear path into broader business development and operations leadership for those who want more.
Motivators - If you are energized by owning consequential processes, working directly with senior leadership, and operating in an environment where your contribution is visible and the stakes are real, this role was designed for you.

Culture and Situation Fit
VIATechnik is built on technical excellence, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine commitment to solving hard problems in the built environment. People who thrive here take ownership without being asked, communicate proactively when something is at risk, and hold themselves to a high standard whether or not anyone is watching. This is a fully remote role, which means independence and self-direction are the baseline, not a bonus. This role is not a fit for someone who waits for direction, finds precision tedious, or views operational work as a placeholder for something more interesting. The coordination, documentation, and process ownership that define this role are the value, and the Electrical Studio needs someone who sees it that way.
Win-Win Statement
VIATechnik's Electrical Studio needs an operational anchor who takes full ownership of the processes that allow the team to pursue work confidently and close deals cleanly. In return, the person in this role gains direct access to a global firm at an inflection point in its growth, the trust and visibility that come with owning consequential work from day one, and a clear path toward broader leadership for anyone who wants to grow with the business.
