  • $110,000 base + commissions

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday 7 am – 4 pm; occasional weekend availability as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A SHOP MANAGER

  • Advanced proficiency in shop management & parts logistics
  • Demonstrated "Fleet‑First" communication skills
  • Ability to manage "profitability by the numbers" (KPI mastery)
  • Preferred qualifications include advanced financial literacy (P&L mastery), ASE Service Consultant (C1) or Management (AMAM) certification, and experience with Fleet Maintenance Software (FMS) integration
