At CMCS (Cardinal McCloskey Community Services), our mission is to protect, empower and promote independence for at-risk children and families and those with developmental disabilities through quality community based services.
We are currently seeking a Business Operations Associate to support the stability and success of our integrated health and behavioral health services. This role is essential in managing client intake by collecting confidential information, performing electronic health record functions using MyEvolv, and handling insurance and authorization processes for children's services. Additionally, the associate will support billing and administrative operations to ensure a smooth clinic workflow, all while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
Position Location/Hours: Tuesday-Thursday from 11am-7pm and Friday-Saturday from 10am-6pm. The position is HYBRID - remote and onsite.
