The responsibilities of the High School Coach Volleyball are to manage and supervise athletic activities, contests, and practice sessions to promote individual growth in athletic skills, teamwork, and good sportsmanship.

• Demonstrate an ability to work with others
• The will to put in the extra time necessary to develop coaching skills
