Responsibilities consist of serving alcohol bottles and mixers to VIP guests during the time we switch over to late night, providing a premium, high-touch customer experience. Responsibilities include taking orders, mixing drinks, presenting bottles with flair, upselling additional services, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of VIP areas. Success in this role depends on excellent customer service, sales skills, a high-energy attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, social environment.  Key responsibilities Serve VIP guests: Provide personalized service by taking orders, mixing drinks, and presenting bottles of liquor or champagne.  Upsell and promote: Engage with customers to upsell premium bottles, services, and additional menu items, aiming to boost sales.  Manage tables and VIP areas: Keep tables stocked with necessary supplies like mixers, ice, and glasses, and ensure the area is clean and organized.  Enhance the guest experience: Create a lively atmosphere and provide a memorable experience, which may include special presentations like sparklers.  Collaborate with staff: Work with other team members, such as management, security, and kitchen staff, to ensure a smooth and safe experience for all guests.  Required skills and qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with a diverse range of people in a professional and friendly manner.  The ability to promote products and services to meet sales goals.  Must be energetic and able to work long hours in a fast-paced, crowded environment.  Expected to adhere to a specific dress code, maintain a polished appearance, and have a confident and presentable demeanor.  Working at Vidorra Addison - Health insurance - No strict dress code
