Ensure equipment such as fryers, grills, refrigerators, dishwashers, and HVAC systems are operational and serviced as needed. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from managers and staff. Maintain clean and organized storage areas for tools, supplies, and equipment. Oversee and coordinate third-party contractors or repair technicians as needed. Conduct minor landscaping and exterior maintenance (e.g., power washing, parking lot cleanliness, signage). Monitor and manage preventive maintenance schedules and logs. Comply with all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies. Support emergency repairs during restaurant operating hours.
