Job Title: Parking Attendant

Position Summary:
The Parking Attendant is responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, managing traffic flow, assisting with parking, and ensuring the safety and security of all vehicles in the designated lot. This role creates the first and last impression for guests, making hospitality and professionalism essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct incoming and outgoing vehicles to available parking spaces
Monitor the parking area for safety, security, and proper usage
Assist guests with directions, inquiries, or valet needs (if applicable)
Prevent unauthorized vehicles from entering restricted areas
Communicate with management regarding any incidents or suspicious activity
Keep the parking area clean and free of trash or hazards
Maintain a polite and respectful demeanor at all times
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to stand, walk, and be outdoors for extended periods
Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance
Must be alert and attentive to detail
