Job Title: Bathroom Attendant Location: Linq Social Club Reports To: Manager on Duty Position Summary: The Bathroom Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction within the venue’s restrooms. This position plays a key role in upholding our standards of hygiene and hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all restroom areas throughout the shift Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, tissue, air fresheners, and hygiene products Dispose of trash regularly and ensure waste bins are not overflowing Provide guests with a welcoming and courteous experience Offer premium items (mints, cologne, etc.) where applicable Report maintenance issues or supply shortages to management immediately Ensure no loitering or inappropriate behavior occurs in the restroom area Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times Requirements: Reliable, punctual, and able to work late hours Friendly and approachable with strong customer service skills Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical cleaning tasks Must maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times Dress Code: Clean and professional attire as specified by management
