Accounts Payable Analyst
Our client, a large, well-established healthcare organization in the Brentwood/Franklin, TN area is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to support high-volume AP operations and ensure accurate, timely processing across a complex environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed work, process improvement, and partnering with internal stakeholders and supporting a large AP team to ensure a smooth accounting process.
Office Location: Brentwood, TN-Position is hybrid onsite three days a week

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review high-volume accounts payable transactions with accuracy and timeliness
- Perform invoice matching, coding, and exception resolution
- Research and resolve vendor discrepancies, variances, and payment issues
- Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and accruals
- Maintain strong documentation to support internal controls and audit readiness
- Partner with purchasing, finance, and operations teams to ensure AP compliance
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting functions in a fast-paced environment,
- Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and exposure to the healthcare industry or physician practice environments preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics) and AP automation tools a plus
Pay Details: $26.00 to $32.00 per hour
