*Will be promoted in a year to either a HR Generalist or higher-level Accounting & Finance position* -We are partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed healthcare organization that has experienced 200% year-over-year growth through acquisitions.
-This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who wants hands-on payroll exposure in a complex, multi-entity environment and a clear path for advancement into Payroll leadership, Accounting, or HR as the company continues to scale.
-This role offers C-suite exposure from day one, meaningful ownership of payroll processes, and the chance to help build scalable systems in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
What You'll Be Doing:-Process bi-weekly payroll for multiple legal entities across several states (environment will continue to grow)
-Administer payroll-related benefits, including HSA contributions, reimbursements, garnishments, and 401(k)
-Track and process employee compensation changes, role updates, and provider bonus structures
-Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll questions and employee inquiries
