Junior Paralegal, SF (or DTLA)Compensation: $85K - $100K DOE + billable incentive bonus
Location: San Francisco, CA (LA considered)
Schedule: Hybrid - 2 days onsite / 3 days remote (consistent schedule)
Hours: 35-hour work week | Flexible start time (8:00-9:30 AM)
We are partnering with a growing law firm seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Litigation Paralegal to support an expanding Insurance Defense team.
Requirements / Skills- 3-5 years of litigation experience
- Insurance defense experience preferred
- Experience supporting all phases of litigation, including:
- Case management and file organization
- Drafting pleadings and discovery
- Deposition and trial prep support
- Medical record and billing summaries
- State e-filing experience required; federal e-filing strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple cases
- Detail-oriented with excellent written and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Stable work history preferred
Additional Details- Billable requirement: 1,200 hours + incentive bonus for exceeding
- Paralegal certificate and degree not required
