We are seeking experienced Regional CDL Drivers for a dedicated operation based in Hebron, Ohio. This position offers consistent regional routes with a strong customer base, allowing drivers to be home on weekends and often one weekday. Drivers will operate assigned, well-maintained equipment and handle primarily no-touch freight.

• Operate assigned tractor-trailer (Freightliner or International/Navistar, high-rise sleeper) safely and efficiently
• Run regional routes throughout the Midwest and South (no East or West Coast routes)
• Transport general freight, including a mix of drop & hook and live load/unload (no-touch freight)
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance
• Maintain accurate logs and comply with all DOT regulations
• Return truck to the yard when not on duty (assigned trucks cannot be taken home)
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding routes, schedules, and any delays

Schedule

• Regional routes
• Home weekends and often one weekday

Pay

• $0.55 per mile (general freight)
• $0.58 per mile (hazmat loads - must have or be willing to obtain Hazmat endorsement)
• Weekly pay (2 weeks in arrears)

• Must live on the east side of Columbus, Ohio (west side applicants will not be considered due to commute)
• Must have or be willing to obtain Hazmat endorsement
• Ability to operate a 10-speed manual transmission (automatics not guaranteed)
• Valid CDL A with clean driving record

Benefits:

• $1,000 sign-on bonus
  • $500 paid first week
  • $500 paid second week
  • Must remain employed for 6 months or bonus must be repaid
• Minimal wait time; if applicable, $22/hour after 2 hours

• PTO:
  • 1 week after 1 year
  • 2 weeks after 2 years
