Obeys all local and state traffic regulations and prioritizes passenger safety. Communicates clearly with all facilities and other drivers to coordinate patient pick-ups and drop-offs. Documents all pertinent trip information and Center wait times on the Driver Log. Maintains assigned vehicles in clean and suitable condition, refuels vehicles, and replaces all used items. Inspects vehicles and equipment daily and documents condition on required paperwork. Notifies supervisor of any vehicle maintenance issues or defective equipment. Communicates available services to appropriate facilities.
